THE COMPANY
The ICAVI Company, Industry of Boilers Vale do Itajaí, located in Pouso Redondo town, in Santa Catarina State, aims manufacturing Firetube boilers, Watertube boilers, Thermal Fluid Heater and Dry and Refrigerated Burners.
Our company manufactures equipments from small to large sizes, plus the accessories and peripherals. We also produce handling system and storage for diversified fuels used for burning.
ICAVI is an industrial park with a total area of 20.000 m² (5.000 m² of built area and 4.500 m² under construction) and it relies on a capacitated team to develop solutions for energy, steam and thermal oil generation.

Environment
Manufacturing equipments that may interact with the environment, ICAVI develops technological solutions for clean production of steam and energy , for which utilize the most diversified biomass as: wood chips, sawdust, pellets, rice shells, etc. It permits us to be a model of renewable and sustainable process. Plus biomass, we have the equipments that burn as fuel the coal soot and blast furnace gas, which are highly harmful to the environment, but with the burning process they become harmless to the environment.
The generation and adoption of technologies that are based on the compatibility with the environment, and attend the demand in the diversified economic areas, allow the industrial processes to become more efficient, economically viable and environmentally correct. With this principle, ICAVI, develops equipments with high efficiency, keeping the level of gases and particulates emission according to the standards required by the regulatory authorities, attending the actual market.
